SecureGroup, a leader in operational resilience and compliance, sought to improve how risk information was communicated across the organisation — ensuring insights reached the right people, at the right time, in the right way.

We redesigned their visual communication framework, combining risk software dashboards, data storytelling, and brand-aligned design to make complex data clearer and more actionable.

Objectives
• Simplify the communication of complex risk data.
• Strengthen alignment between Key Control Indicators (KCIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Create a cohesive visual language for risk that reflects SecureGroup’s brand.
• Enable faster, more informed decision-making.

Visuals & Infographics
Redesigned interface visuals inspired by industry leaders such as Riskonnect were restyled to align with SecureGroup’s brand identity. Clean, intuitive dashboards and infographics illustrated live risk data through clear layouts, colour coding, and contextual animation.
Key message: Risk software visuals and dashboards are vital for communicating risks at the right level, at the right time, and in the right way.

Graphs & Charts
Custom graphs integrated multiple data sources to show performance and conformance against KCIs and KRIs, helping teams stay within risk appetite and tolerance. Layered line and bar charts highlighted deviations and emerging risks, offering quick, visual insights into overall performance.

Illustrations & Icons
A bespoke “risk branding” identity humanised complex data through consistent iconography, dynamic backgrounds, and animated elements. A risk calendar visual, with expanding sections for reviews and audits, brought structure and motion to the communication flow.

Outcome
The redesign delivered measurable results: improved understanding of risk data, quicker responses, and greater engagement across all departments. SecureGroup now communicates risk with clarity, confidence, and impact.
